Refund policy

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces can be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal value, subject to availability. If the piece you want isn't in stock, you can choose a different item or receive store credit.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method (InstaPay transfers are refunded to the sending account). Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned piece for the refund to be completed.

Conditions

For an exchange or refund to be accepted, the piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the TERRE label still attached. Requests made after 14 days, or items returned without the label, cannot be accepted. Return shipping is arranged by the customer; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale & discounted items

Pieces purchased with a discount code or during a sale can be exchanged for a different size or another piece, but refunds on discounted orders are issued as store credit rather than cash. Store credit is valid for 3 months.

Wrong or defective pieces

If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, or you receive the wrong piece, the exchange is on us — free of charge — or you may choose a full refund instead. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery.

Send us a DM on Instagram @terre.cai with your order number and a photo of the piece, and we'll take care of the rest.
