Refund policy

Exchanges and Returns:

• Exchanges and returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Refunds are only offered for manufacturing defects.

• Exchanges and returns are available for unworn items in original condition.

Process:

• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, in which case we will cover the shipping fees.

• Customers can try on their item while the courier waits.
